Sunday Round-Up

Most Sunday’s are lazy days for me, minus cleaning the bathrooms or homework I’m trying to catch up on. For that reason alone, I normally don’t post on Sunday. However, this week I feel like I’ve cheated my readers because I’ve been over whelmed with work and class work. To make up for my guilty feelings, I’m posting a short Sunday round-up. Most of these posts are from the Yakezie Challenge bloggers, blogs I follow and read. Enjoy an afternoon of some terrific articles:

I have to work today, drats! Every third Sunday I help my husband with a very particular client that sucks the life out of us. One of these days, my weekends will be mine and mine alone! So much for that day of rest until then. ;)

Thanks for the round up Little House! I really love your new banner. Did you do it yourself, or commissions someone to do it?

    Best, Sam

@Financial Samurai – Thanks! I did create it myself, but I “borrowed” some ideas from other places. It’s not really finished, I really need to add a ‘little house’ :)

And then you know what will happen once you do get your weekends to yourself right? You will feel like you are not busy enough. “I feel like I should be doing something. I feel unproductive”. That always happens to me….

    Thanks for the mention!

The good news about working though is that you have some more income to knock off debts or build up retirement savings!

@MyFinancialObjectives – You are probably right. However, I bet I could find plenty of ways to fill up that extra day. :)

Heh… I can totally relate to the never having a life of one’s own… one of these days I’m going to chronicle a day in my life, hour by hour and when I look at it on paper, I know I’m going to realize why I’m so worn out all the time. Here’s to weekends without work!
