Yakezie Carnival

It’s finally my turn to host our weekly Yakezie Carnival, a group of personal finance bloggers dedicated to supporting each other’s blogs through guest posting, carnivals, comments, and selfless acts of promotion. I’m proud to be part of this group and have increased my readership because of their combined efforts. So thanks to all my fellow Yakezie members! I had quite a few carnival submissions, so I will most likely host a part 2 of this carnival mid-week.

• Learn Save Invest with 5 Steps to a Debt Free Life; great advice….if only I could have learned some of this when I was younger.
• Saving Money Today with Cheap Movie Tickets, The Movie Lover’s Guide to Saving Money; Personally, I love Netflix and am a huge movie lover. If you actually like going to the theaters, check this post out!
• Not Made of Money with How to Improve Your Credit Score; Always a great topic, who doesn’t want to increase their score?
• Clarifinancial with Should You Buy Life Insurance at Work?; Good question. Many companies offer this as an add on benefit.
• Sweating the Big Stuff with How to Find Extra Money in Your Budget; I need to reread this post, too! Need to find an extra $100 (but I’m not giving up my Starbucks!)
• Beating Broke with You Are Your Own Worst Enemy; Ain’t that the truth?!
• The Millionaire Nurse Blog with 8 Tips to Improve Your Credit Score; Again, who doesn’t like improving their score?
• Early Retirement Extreme with One More Year Before Comfort; I really enjoy reading this blog. Jacob is one in a million, living a very simple and extreme life, and is retired in his early 30′s.
• My Journey to Millions with Why Do I Want Multiple Streams of Income?; I’m pursuing multiple streams of income myself, so this is a great topic if you’re interested!
• Evolution of Wealth with 7 Ways Permanent Life Insurance Isn’t Permanent; If you’re looking into life insurance or thinking of switching to a new plan, read this first.
• Inexpensively with 5 Everyday Ways to Celebrate Earth Day; Make every day Earth Day, it doesn’t mean much if we only celebrate it one day out of 365!
• Budgeting in the Fun Stuff with Spending Less than You Earn; A great start to increasing that savings account!
