On the fourth day of savings my true love gave to me….
Four calling cards,
two fluffy gloves,
and a gift card to JC Penney’s..
Pre-paid calling cards or phone cards are terrific gifts for young adults or college students. If you know for sure that their parent’s pay for their cell phone bill, then a related idea is an iTune’s card. Though it doesn’t achieve the same result (free phone calls) it’s a great stocking stuffer for those that are short on cash, ie. young adults and college students!
Pre-paid calling cards are also low-cost gifts for those gift givers on a budget.
Want a free “gift” idea? Why not just give a call to your loved ones who you can’t be with during the holidays? Hearing the sound of relatives voices means a lot to people you just can’t visit very often. Or Skype them on Christmas Day! Not only can they hear you, they can see you as well.
Give the gift of communication and actually communicate!
How is your holiday shopping coming along?

I am stressing because I have got to get more shopping done. I injured my knee last two weeks ago, so my mobility has been limited. Maybe I will just go to CVS and buy a million gift cards!!
@Kris – Oh no! I hope your knee heals soon. I’d definitely say stay off your feet and give gift cards – your friends and family will understand!
I have one more gift to buy (perishables for a gift basket), but then I’m done. I like the idea of iTune’s gift cards for teens!
@Christa – That’s great that you’re so close to being done. I’m not quite there yet!
