Property prices have soared in the City of Angels with an average year-over-year increase of 40%. It’s the housing boom all over again and I feel like I missed out….again. Crap.
Yes, that’s right folks, it’s the housing bubble déjà vu all over again – at least in the City of Angels. According to news stories published this week (Los Angeles Times and CBS), housing prices rose 28.3 percent since last June.
I finally made it out to the Sacramento/Davis area and checked out a few towns I had on my list. To back track a bit, Mr. LH and I have been toying with the idea of moving to Northern California from Southern California. We still aren’t 100% set on the possibility of a move, but there are some pros and cons of staying versus leaving and vice-versa.
