For months I have been doing a complete audit of my bills to see where I can save money. I started by making a list of EVERY SINGLE recurring bill that I have and then started slowly going down the list. With each item I asked myself “Is there any way I can save money with this bill?”.
With all the recent talk of climate change, global warming and dwindling resources, have you ever stopped to think about going solar? How about taking the energy you and your family need from a constant source of supply – one that could be used by everyone time and time again?
Which brings me to….how to live in an expensive city without going broke. Now, based on what I just listed above, I’m not going to say, “Well, move to a cheaper city!” because that’s not always realistic.
We’ve been taking a hard look at our monthly bills and everyday finances and have been able to find ways to drastically save money. From cutting our cable and installing an HD antenna, to switching our cell phone plan and asking our insurance company for a better rate, we’ve been able to save over a hundred dollars each month.
