I often hear myself quoting Scarlett O’Hara from the movie Gone with the Wind, “Well, tomorrow is another day.” Or, “I don’t want to think about that today, I’ll deal with that tomorrow.” Tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow…..but tomorrow never comes.
Here it is 8 months into 2013 and I’m not so sure I’m on target with my New Year’s Resolutions. To be honest, if I didn’t write them here at this blog, I don’t think I’d even remember what they were! However, looking back at my January post, I kept my “resolutions” minimal and realistic:
I’ve been reworking my Newlywed Bliss Box by turning it into an e-book. I’m anticipating finishing it this year (I’m about half-way there.) However, in the process of turning my posts into an actual “book” I realized I had to change the goal-setting spreadsheet and make it much more specific. In doing so, I decided that SMART goals are the best method to getting what you want.
Okay, so it’s not quite the New Year yet, but it’s just around the corner. As I’m recapping 2011, I’m realizing I need to…
