TaskRabbit is auctioning off a tiny house that they are building (with the help of my brother-in-law 🙂 ) in Manhattan. Task Rabbit has partnered up with Community Solutions and is building a house that anyone can bid on through ebay. The details are as follows:
- The tiny house is 20′ x 8′
- It will include a functioning bathroom
- Loft bed
- Fully furnished
- Free local delivery
Tiny houses can be a great way to downsize and travel or reduce the cost of living. They can also offer affordable housing to those that can’t afford traditional housing. More photos are on their way as well as additional details (I’ll try to pick my BIL’s brain about the building details, but he’s a bit busy at the moment constructing in the Chelsea Triangle.)
