Just in time for the start of wedding season, I’ve finished my Newlywed Financial Bliss Ebook and am giving away PDF copies this month.

A back story on this ebook: Some long-time readers might remember that this idea was inspired three years ago when my sister announced her engagement. At the time, my sister and her fiance’s finances didn’t seem too terribly stable and I thought up the idea of giving away a finance kit. Over the past three years, I tweaked the original idea and it evolved into an ebook.

A Summary of what’s inside the Newlywed Financial Bliss eBook

Taking a close look at your finances with your partner, spouse, or significant other may not sound like fun times, so I kept the financial information as succinct and to the point as possible. I’ve organized the topics in an easy-to-read format, added quizzes to lighten the mood, and included resources for further reading. It’s a 30-page book that’s packed with great information such as:

  • A checklist with information that covers basic finances, insurance, and goal setting.
  • Spreadsheets to help folks set a budget, pay off debt, or set SMART goals.
  • Basic information on credit scores and links to run reports.

The PDF version is interactive; you can click on check boxes, type in the notes section, and use the spreadsheets just as they are in the PDF file. The Spreadsheets are also included in the PDF file as attachments to download.  *An eReader version is on it’s way and will be available later this month.

To celebrate the completion of this long-overdue task, this month I’m giving away the free interactive PDF version – which is the better version, in my opinion. Want a free copy? All you have to do is leave a comment or send a message. It’s just that easy.

I’m also looking for feedback, so feel free to comment on what you like (or don’t like). This may someday evolve back into a boxed version of a “gift.”

I love the idea! I’m already married, but my sister is nearing an engagement (I think) so it would be great for her, if you’re still sharing them! I especially think it is great to have an interactive PDF.

    • @Ryan – Thanks, Ryan! I’m hoping to write another post that includes the free ebook link to the PDF and the link to the kindle epub file. I’ll send you a copy of the pdf version!
